That’s something rare enough to mention but YSL parfum are hitting the streets with some illegal taging going on in the cities of Paris and Lyon. At YSL no one has heard of this campaign how ever their twitter accounts speaks for itself:

Burberry goes 3D

Inspired by the Hit movie Avatar, Burberry plans to stream a Fashion Show in 3D. The 150 year old brand has risen above the crowd and decided to take it to another level. The runway will be available in 2D also on their main website http://www.burberry.com . The broadcast should take place during the London Fashion Week. Nice.

Bape: European Online store

A couple of years ago it was still un-imagineable that Bape would ever run an online store. In recent years they have slowly rolled out the Japanese and US online stores and today the European Webstore followed, making the brand finally available all across Europe. This week end was real busy for all the fashion lovers around P town. The (Capsule) show was in town and this year it felt real good to be a man. The french house of fashion Colette is out with the first collabo this year. Burberry signs an exlusive peace for the concept store. I’ts clean , it’s hype, it’s chic and it’s a serious must have. The best trench i have seen since …Ever and too bad there is no mans wear. I am such a fan of the details here, the gold nails the shoulder pads everything is perfect. I am not always so enthousiastic about collabos but this one his a hit.

The Sartorialist Interview | Video

Louis V x Damien Hirst: Making of art.

For the 150th anniversary of the red cross (+) Louis Vuitton and Damien Hirst teamed up to create a medical cabinet (rather symbolic more than actualy practical). The cabinet is a beautiful black cowhide leather medical trunk lined with blue microfiber and filled with actual surgical instruments. The black cowhide leather upper is decorated with butterfly prints also spotted on the TREK bicycle Hirst created for Lance Armstrong for Tour de France this past summer.

While we never really get to witness genius in the making, LV just realesed a Photo shoot detailing every step of Hirst creative process. If you like art, if you like fashion if you’re just curious take the time to look at these pic’s. We don’t get to see much of these everyday.

M.J : Ultimate tribute + Spike Lee

As 2009 draws to a close, everyone is starting to put the year on review. Aside from 2009 being the triumphant year for Barack Obama 2009 also marks the passing of many great personalities, including the King of Pop, Michael Jackson, right before he was about to embark on his tour.

The only book approved by Michael Jackson developed during his life time.

Over 400 pages, detailing unpublished photographs from Michael Jackson’s personal archives, quotes, anecdotes from the industry leaders and  artwork by Nate Giorgio who is a long time collaborator and close friend of the King. The opus is bound beautifully in an opulent black leather and enclosed in a red clam shell case, inspired by colors and aesthetics of the King.

It’s now available through the online colette store. A true fans item.

Ato VS Louboutin ?

VS

Yo. A couple of weeks back i was mad excited about the Christian Louboutin “Louis” sneakers. But today i got to admit Ijust found those new Ato’s  ”Cow hide Boots” and my heart is pumpin real hard for them. Don’t give me wrong, i love what the french shoe designer is doing but clearly those kicks are way more subtile and desirable.

Ok so price wise we’re talking 400 $ for the Ato’s and 1200$ for the Louboutin’s. The japanese desing or the French one ? I go for the Studs (and by that i mean not the louboutin).
