After a decade of flaming services, Carinne Roitfeld left Vogues Flagship last month. The Tom Ford cover and editorial made a lick of sens and was a suttle message sent out to the privy fashion crowd. After a few weeks of  awaiting, Condé Nast can finally announce as new chief editor for Vogue Paris : Emmanuelle Alt .
