Maison Rouge x Rose Bakery
Last wednesday I was very kindly invited by La Maison Rouge to discover Rose Bakery the new sensation in the fooding world. In other words I woke up to an amazing breakfast in the middle of my new favorite Gallery. What is M.R. ? Not your average art gallery …or at least not in Paris.Founded by Antoine de Galbert, a wealthy industrial 10 years ago, the venue has rapidly established itself as a leading figure in the Parisian art scene.
With up to 6 different expositions per year, La Maison Rouge allows us to truly discover different visions of European Modern Art. From the 23rd of October to the 16th of January, FACE ( 5 foundations : Deste, Athenes – Elipse, Portugal – La Fondazione Sandretto Re Rebaudengo, Turino – Magasin 3, Sweden – Maison Rouge, France) embraced a short story from austrian author Kafka, The Dog and translated it those 5 distinct visions into one amazing traveling exposition. Next stop Magasin 3 in Stockholm.
Now as much as I adore Food for thoughts, I’ll admit that at 9 am in a pre-winteresque morning I needed food for my stomach. I got to discover the new Rose Bakery venue. I’ve been to the two others in Paris and had had mixed feelings about the concept. Odly i have to admit that the Emilie Bonaventure designed luncheonette has inspired me for more of it. Check out some of the picture below in the gallery and trust me food is about experience, La Maison Rouge and Rose Bakery provide you with a unique one.
Open from Wednesday to Sundays from 9 am to 7 pm. Take your other significant other and go see for yourself.
